During the 32 Edition of Bridge, ICT Academy launched its one more new initiative, ICT Academy Publications in the presence of Padma Bhushan Dr. A. Sivathanu Pillai, Honorary Distinguished Professor, ISRO and Founder, Brahmos Aerospace. Following the launch of ICT Academy Publications, a book was published titled “Future of Work – Coming of the Fourth Wave” a report based on the inputs from 70+ industry experts on Future of Work.

Further, the book says that Automation, artificial intelligence, and micro-innovation will be the three megatrends that will drive the world of tomorrow. A lot of old jobs will go up in smoke and new ones of which we do not know today will emerge. Micro-innovation, which involves not reinventing the wheel, will be the new global norm. It will bring in winners whose names we don’t know today. Together, the three trends will change the landscape of life and business.
