To make the women graduating students ready for the industry and to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and Industry-relevant skills, TNT India (FedEx) and ICT Academy has conceived to train 420 girl students from higher educational institutions on various employability skills. The students pursuing in higher educational institutions in Delhi & Bangalore will be targeted and trained through Centre for Women Empowerment (CWE) in respective host institutions. The CWE will train students on skills related to Advanced Technologies (IT/ITeS). For the sustainability of program in future, 2 faculty members of the host institutions will be also be trained. ICT Academy will also facilitate placements for the eligible candidates at the end of the program.
