Register your project details in the website link provided and get a chance to present your innovative projects to global industry leaders and bureaucrats. The best project presentations will be recognized and awarded at Umagine 2023, a Global Technology Summit organized by Government of Tamil Nadu.

As a part of Umagine 2023, ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu organizes ‘Naan Mudhalvan’ – Tech Showcase, a chance for the students of Tamil Nadu to showcase their best innovations to the world. This ‘Naan Mudhalvan’ – Tech Showcase will happen in three stages, in six regions across Tamil Nadu.

Who Can participate?

Students enrolled in the Naan Mudhalvan – Experiential Project Based Learning Program

How to Apply?

The students enrolled in the ‘Naan Mudhalvan’ should register online, along with the same team members

Enter the basic details along with the project title and project abstract

Teams for presentations will be shortlisted based on the project abstract submitted.

Contest Process

The ‘Naan Mudhalvan’ – Tech Showcase presentations will happen in 6 regions namely Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Kanyakumari and Salem

Initial Screening

Top 25 teams will be shortlisted in each region (based on the abstract submitted online, by the team from IBM)

Regional Finals

The 25 teams must present the projects to the industry jury members at the selected host institution in their region. After the presentation, three Regional Topers will be identified and recognized. However, only the winning team will be pre-qualified for Grand Finale.

Grand Finale

A total of 6 teams from the 6 regions will present their project at Umagine 2023. The final winner will be recognized and awarded.

Rules and Regulations

Students should submit only the project that they have done earlier for the ‘Naan Mudhalvan’
There should not be any changes or improvisations made for the project abstract during the current registration.
There should not be any additions or changes to the members of the team, who attended ‘Naan Mudhalvan’.
If shortlisted, all the team members should be available for the presentations at the Regional Finale and Grand Finale.
