VMware IT academy in association with ICTACT was successfully inaugurated at Kalaignar Karunanidhi Institute of Technology, Coimbatore on 14th March 2016, by Mr. Rajesh Nambiar, Regional Manager-Asia Pacific region including Japan, VMware ITAcademy, VMware Software, Bengaluru

At the inauguration the certificate recognizing Kalaignar Karunanidhi Institute of Technology as a VMware IT Academy was awarded. Through this academy, the faculty community can be empowered with skills needed to prepare next generation professionals.

This industry-academia relationship with the institution would prepare the students for employment in Virtualization and Cloud Computing domains through VMWare global certification.
