Faculty Development Program on Data Science and Big Data Analytics held at Jeppiaar Institute of Technology, Chennai from July 26 to July 30, 2016.

Through this programme the faculties will be able to deploy the Data Analytics Lifecycle to address big data analytics projects. Reframing a business challenge as an analytics challenge. Applying appropriate analytic techniques and tools to analyze big data, create statistical models, and identify insights that can lead to actionable results. Using tools such as: Rand RStudio, MapReduce/Hadoop, in-database analytics, Window and MADlib functions.
